Vijak Fischer 670365 100 mm

FISCHER 670365 screws are 100 mm long metal wood screws designed for reliable fastening in woodworking and construction applications. Each pack contains 200 screws with a 5 mm nominal diameter and a 60 mm thread length, providing secure connections for wooden components, fixtures, and structural elements. The screws are manufactured for consistent dimensions and performance, suitable for use with standard screwdriver bits and power drivers.

Advantages

The metal construction offers dependable strength and wear resistance, while the 100 mm overall length accommodates thick boards and multi-layer assemblies. A 60 mm threaded portion ensures good grip in timber and composite wood materials and helps distribute load along the fastener. Supplied in a bulk pack of 200, these screws reduce the need for frequent reordering on medium to large projects and save time on site.

Suitable for

• General woodworking and carpentry
• Fixing structural and decorative wooden elements
• Timber frame assembly and decking
• Furniture construction and repairs
• Interior finishing and trim installation

• Nominal diameter: 5 mm
• Material: metal
• Pack quantity: 200 pieces
• Intended material: wood and wood-based materials

How to use

Select an appropriate pilot hole size for the 5 mm diameter screw where required by the wood species to prevent splitting. Use a compatible screwdriver bit or power driver set to a suitable torque to drive the screw until the head is flush with or slightly below the surface, depending on application. For visible surfaces, countersink before driving to achieve a neat finish. When fastening long or dense workpieces, consider clamping components to maintain alignment during installation.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, choose screws with corrosion protection or appropriate coating when installing in exterior or humid environments. When used indoors with untreated wood, the standard metal finish is suitable; for hardwoods, pre-drilling to the recommended pilot diameter reduces splitting risk. Store the pack in a dry place to maintain product condition.
