The design is suitable for repeated use in woodworking where corrosion resistance and mechanical reliability are required.

Suitable for (tasks / use cases)

• Fastening wooden structural elements and joinery.
• Interior and exterior wood assemblies where corrosion resistance is needed.
• General carpentry, decking, and furniture construction involving wood substrates.

Key specifications

• Material: stainless steel for corrosion resistance and durability.
• Intended substrate: wood materials.
• Finish: blue for improved visibility.
• Package weight: 2.69 kg for handling and storage planning.
• Package dimensions: 315 mm (width) × 90 mm (height) for storage compatibility.

How to use

Select an appropriate pilot hole or pre-drilling diameter for the wood type and screw size you are using to avoid splitting. Position the screw/bolt and drive it with a compatible screwdriver bit or power driver, applying steady pressure and maintaining alignment to ensure secure seating. For exterior or load-bearing applications, verify that the stainless steel fastener is suitable for the specific exposure and mechanical requirements of your project.

Recommendations

Store the packaged screws in a dry place and handle with gloves if necessary to protect the finish. When installing in hardwood or treated timber, consider pre-drilling to the recommended diameter and using the correct driver bit to minimize head damage and ensure consistent torque. For critical structural uses, follow applicable building codes and fastener spacing guidelines.
