Termalna podloga Iceberg Thermal DRIFTIce

The Iceberg Thermal DRIFTIce thermal pad is a grey thermal gap filler with a thermal conductivity of 13 W/m·K. Supplied as a 40 mm × 80 mm × 2 mm pad, it is designed to provide even contact and efficient heat transfer for components such as VGA cards, RAM modules and notebook PC parts. The pad remains flexible over time and is supplied as a single piece.

Advantages

DRIFTIce offers high thermal conductivity (13 W/m·K) for effective heat transfer and even contact when filling air gaps. It is easy and precise to apply, comes in multiple sizes and thicknesses to match installation needs, and is formulated to remain flexible without hardening or corroding over years of use.

Suitable for

• VGA / graphics cards
• RAM modules
• Notebook and laptop internal components
• Other electronic components requiring a thermal gap filler

How to use

Clean the contact surfaces to remove dust, grease and old thermal interface material. Cut the pad to the required size if necessary, remove any protective liners, and place the pad so it contacts both the heat source and the heatsink or chassis. Apply gentle pressure to ensure even contact and eliminate air gaps. Reassemble the device and check for secure mounting.

Recommendations

For best results, choose a pad thickness that fills the gap without excessive compression; avoid stretching the pad during installation. Do not use conductive adhesives or solvents on the pad surface. Verify component compatibility and allow sufficient compression when reassembling to maintain good thermal contact.
