Termalna podloga Iceberg Thermal DRIFTIce

The Iceberg Thermal DRIFTIce thermal pad is a grey, flexible gap-filling material sized 40 mm × 80 mm × 0.5 mm and designed to improve heat transfer between components. With a thermal conductivity of 13 W/m·K and an operating temperature range from -40 °C to 200 °C, this thermal pad is suitable for use in VGA cards, RAM modules and notebook PC components where reliable contact and efficient heat dissipation are required.

Advantages

DRIFTIce provides precise, even contact for filling air gaps and transferring heat. Its high thermal conductivity (13 W/m·K) supports efficient cooling, while the pad remains flexible over time and is formulated not to harden or corrode. Available in multiple sizes and thicknesses, it allows you to select the dimension that matches your application.

Suitable for

• VGA / graphics cards
• RAM modules
• Notebook and laptop internal components
• Other electronic components requiring thermal gap filling

How to use

Clean and dry both mating surfaces before application. Cut the DRIFTIce pad to the required size if necessary, peel off any protective liner, and place the pad so it makes full contact with the component and heatsink. Apply even pressure to ensure consistent contact and correct seating. Reassemble the device and verify fitment and clearance before powering on.

Recommendations

For best performance, choose the pad thickness that matches the gap to avoid excessive compression; avoid stretching the pad during installation and ensure surfaces are free of dust and old thermal material.
