Patch panel S/CONN 75073

The ShiverPeaks Patch Panel S/CONN 75073 is a compact network patch panel with RJ-45 ports designed for Cat6 cabling. It measures 212 mm wide, 45 mm high and 130 mm deep, and is finished in grey to suit professional installations. The unit provides organized termination points for network cables, simplifying cable management in racks, cabinets or wall-mounted enclosures while maintaining consistent signal routing for structured cabling systems.

Advantages

The patch panel offers a space-saving footprint and a standard RJ-45 interface compatible with Cat6 cabling, enabling reliable high-speed connections. Its compact dimensions allow installation in small racks or shallow cabinets. The neutral grey finish supports unobtrusive integration into office and technical environments. The panel is designed for straightforward cable termination and tidy cable routing, which reduces cable strain and makes maintenance tasks easier.

Suitable for

• Office network cabinets and 19" racks where space is limited
• Patch bays in small server rooms or telecommunications closets
• Structured cabling installations using Cat6 Ethernet cabling
• Environments requiring organized cable management and easy port access

Key specifications

• Connector type: RJ-45
• Cable category support: Cat6
• Dimensions (W × H × D): 212 mm × 45 mm × 130 mm
• Color: Grey

How to use

Mount the patch panel in a compatible rack or cabinet using appropriate fasteners that match the enclosure. Terminate Cat6 cable pairs to the RJ-45 modules following the color code and termination method recommended for Cat6 installations. Route and secure incoming and outgoing cables to minimize bend radius and strain on the terminations. Label ports as required to reflect the network layout and maintain clear documentation for future changes or troubleshooting.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use Cat6-rated patch cords and follow standard installation practices for structured cabling, including maintaining correct pair wiring, limiting untwisting at terminations, and avoiding tight bends. Periodically inspect terminations and cable routing to ensure connections remain secure and free of damage.
