Pagna 21638-19 polipropilen (PP) prozirna A3 mapa

The Pagna A3 folder in transparent polypropylene (PP) is designed for organised storage and clear presentation of A3-sized documents. Made from durable, lightweight PP, this folder provides protection against dirt and light moisture while keeping contents visible through its transparent surface. The product is supplied in packs of five, offering a practical solution for offices, schools, studios and home use where larger-format paperwork such as posters, drawings or folded documents must be kept neat and accessible.

Advantages

The polypropylene construction combines flexibility with tear resistance, reducing the risk of damage to edges and corners of stored papers. Transparency enables quick identification of documents without opening the folder, saving time when searching through files. The lightweight design supports easy handling and transport, and the smooth surface is simple to clean. Supplied in a multi-pack, the folders are cost-effective for grouping related documents or preparing sets for meetings and presentations.

Suitable for

• Storage of A3 drawings, posters and presentations
• Protection of architectural plans and technical prints
• Organising classroom materials and student portfolios
• Transporting large-format documents between sites
• Archiving marketing materials and large visual proofs

Key specifications

• Format: A3-compatible (suitable for A3 sheets and folded A2 sheets)
• Material: Transparent polypropylene (PP)
• Pack quantity: 5 folders per pack
• Finish: Smooth, clear surface for visibility of contents
• Weight and flexibility: Lightweight with moderate flexibility for handling
• Protection level: Resists light moisture and dirt; protects against creasing and edge wear

How to use

Insert A3 documents by sliding them into the open side of the folder, ensuring papers align with the edges to avoid bending. For folded larger sheets, position folds so the bulk is distributed evenly inside the folder to prevent bulging. Store folders upright on shelves or inside cabinets to maintain flatness; when carrying multiple folders, stack them flat or use a portfolio case to prevent shifting. Clean the exterior with a soft damp cloth and allow to dry before inserting paperwork.

Recommendations

For best results, use the folders to separate different projects or document types and label the visible edge or a contained cover sheet for quick retrieval. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to reduce the chance of material aging or document fading. When storing heavy or numerous sheets, combine folders with rigid backing boards to maintain shape and prevent bending.
