The Pagna 24202-02 is a sturdy A4 folder made from durable cardboard in a vibrant blue color. It measures 240 mm in width, 25 mm in depth, and 350 mm in height, providing a compact and practical solution for organising documents. The folder is designed to keep papers flat and protected, suitable for everyday office or school use where a reliable cardboard folder is required.

Advantages

The cardboard construction balances rigidity and light weight, so the folder protects contents without adding unnecessary bulk. Its dimensions fit standard A4 sheets comfortably while the slim depth allows storage in filing cabinets or on shelves. The blue colour helps with visual identification and simple colour-coded organisation. The folder's edges and folds are designed for repeated handling and transport.

Suitable for

• Organising A4 documents, letters and printed reports
• Office filing and meeting handouts
• School assignments and student folders
• Short-term document transport between locations

• Format: A4-compatible
• Material: durable cardboard
• Colour: blue
• External dimensions: 240 mm (W) x 25 mm (D) x 350 mm (H)

How to use

Insert A4 sheets carefully into the folder so that the edges align with the folder sides to avoid bending. Use the folder for individual documents or small sets of papers; for larger stacks, check the folder depth before closing. Store the folder upright on a shelf or in a drawer to maintain document flatness and to prevent dust accumulation. If transporting, place the folder inside a bag or briefcase to protect it from moisture and excessive pressure.

Recommendations

For longer-term storage or frequently handled documents, consider labelling the spine or front with a clear title and date. Avoid exposing the cardboard folder to prolonged moisture or heavy loads to preserve its shape and protective properties.
