Optički duplex kabel LC/ST InLine 88502O 50/125µm OM3 2m

The InLine Fiber Optical Duplex Cable LC/ST 88502O 50/125µm OM3 2m is a multimode fiber patch cable engineered for high-speed data transmission in structured networks. It features LC connector on one end and ST connector on the other, a 50/125 µm core/cladding diameter and OM3 graded multimode fiber, providing full duplex capability over a 2 meter length. The cable is suitable for linking networking equipment, optical transceivers and patch panels where multimode OM3 performance is required.

Advantages

This duplex fiber cable provides low attenuation and stable signal quality thanks to its OM3 multimode specification and 50/125 µm core size. The LC and ST connector combination offers compatibility with a wide range of network devices and legacy equipment. Its 2 m length allows flexible placement in rack and desktop environments while preserving signal integrity for short- to medium-reach multimode applications.

Suitable for

• Connecting active networking devices such as switches, routers and optical transceivers
• Patching between racks and patch panels in data centres and server rooms
• Office and campus network links requiring multimode OM3 fiber
• Telecommunications applications needing full duplex multimode connections

Key specifications

• Fiber type: OM3 multimode
• Core/cladding diameter: 50/125 µm
• Connector A: LC
• Connector B: ST
• Mode: Duplex (two fibers)
• Length: 2 m

How to use

Identify the LC and ST ports on the devices to be connected and ensure both ends are clean and free of debris before insertion. Gently insert the LC connector into the LC socket until it latches, and insert the ST connector into the ST socket and secure the bayonet coupling. Route the cable to avoid tight bends and mechanical stress, keeping the bend radius within manufacturer recommendations for multimode fiber. Verify link status and signal levels using appropriate network diagnostics or optical test equipment after installation.

Recommendations

For reliable performance, clean connectors with suitable fiber cleaning tools before each connection, avoid twisting the cable, and maintain minimum bend radius to prevent increased loss. Use OM3-compliant transceivers and equipment to achieve intended bandwidth and reach characteristics.
