How to use

Turn off the fax machine before replacing the cartridge ribbon. Open the machine's consumable access cover, remove the empty cartridge ribbon according to the device instructions, and insert the Brother PC301 until it clicks into place. Close the cover and power the fax back on; run a test transmission or print to confirm correct installation and alignment.

Recommendations

Store the cartridge ribbon in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Replace the cartridge when print density decreases or when the machine indicates low consumable status. Use genuine Brother supplies to maintain optimal performance.
