Ventilator Noiseblocker B12-PS-BL

The Noiseblocker B12-PS-BL is a 120 mm computer case fan developed in Germany that combines compact dimensions with advanced bionic rotor technology for efficient and quiet cooling. It operates from 400 to 1500 RPM, delivers up to 98.7 m³/h airflow and a maximum static pressure of 1.475 mmH2O, and supports an input voltage range of 3.9–13.8 V. The black fan is suitable for PC cases, CPU cooling systems and radiators where low noise and reliable airflow are required.

Advantages

The fan features a bionic loop rotor and a bionic deep-sound frame that reduce audible noise while maintaining airflow. It uses a position-invariant magnetic bearing (NB-NanoSLI 2) and a silent NB-EKA P2 drive for smooth, low-vibration operation. Construction materials include a Bayer Makrolon rotor with anti-dust treatment and a reinforced fibreglass PBT frame for durability. TÜV-certified sound level specifications and the international if-Award 2013 validate measured performance. Integrated NB cable management and two pluggable connection cables simplify installation and cable routing.

Suitable for

• Computer cases (120 mm fan mounts)
• CPU cooling systems as case or auxiliary fans
• Radiator cooling to increase thermal performance at similar RPM

How to use

Mount the Noiseblocker B12-PS-BL in a compatible 120 mm fan slot in your PC case or on a radiator using the standard mounting holes. Connect the fan using the supplied pluggable cables to the motherboard fan header or a fan controller that supports the fan's voltage range. Ensure airflow direction aligns with your intended case ventilation layout. Use the NB cable management to route cables neatly and avoid contact with the rotor.

Recommendations

For optimal balance of noise and cooling, start with mid-range RPM (around 800–1200 RPM) and adjust according to case airflow and CPU/GPU temperatures. Regularly clean dust from the rotor and anti-dust surfaces to maintain performance.
