Why choose it

The UGREEN CM199-50737 combines robust performance with a compact, durable design. The aluminum alloy shell dissipates heat efficiently, ensuring stable operation during large file transfers or video conferencing. The integrated 0.1 m cable reduces clutter and strain on your device's port. With support for Wake-on-LAN and auto MDIX, it is a reliable choice for any wired networking need.

Ideal use cases

• Connecting a laptop without an Ethernet port to a wired network in an office or hotel.
• Ensuring stable, high-speed internet for video conferencing and large file transfers.
• Adding a Gigabit Ethernet port to a USB-C tablet or smartphone for network diagnostics.
• Using Wake-on-LAN to remotely power on a computer for IT management.

Good to know

This adapter is USB bus-powered, so no external power supply is needed. It supports full duplex and half duplex modes, and auto MDIX eliminates the need for crossover cables. The driver-free operation on most modern operating systems makes it truly plug-and-play. For older Windows versions, drivers may be required and can be downloaded from the UGREEN website.
