Tikla Fischer 62757

The Fischer 62757 wall plug is a screw anchor designed for secure fastening in masonry and concrete. It has a length of 75 mm and requires a drill hole diameter of 14 mm and a minimum embedment depth of 95 mm. Supplied in a box of 20 pieces, this anchor is intended for a range of installation tasks where a reliable mechanical connection to brick or concrete is needed.

Advantages

The anchor’s 75 mm length and profile provide dependable load-bearing performance in solid substrates such as brick and concrete. A 14 mm drill hole diameter ensures a precise fit for the anchor body, reducing movement during installation and improving pull-out resistance. The boxed packaging keeps the anchors organized on site and protects components during transport.

Suitable for

• Fixing consoles and brackets to brick or concrete walls
• Mounting shelving and cabinets on masonry
• Installing handrails and safety fittings in solid substrates
• Fastening conduit clips, cable trays or electrical boxes to concrete

Key specifications

• Anchor length: 75 mm
• Required drill hole diameter: 14 mm
• Minimum drill hole depth / embedment: 95 mm
• Packaging: box containing 20 pieces
• Compatible substrates: brick, concrete (solid masonry)

How to use

Drill a straight hole of 14 mm diameter to a depth of at least 95 mm in the chosen masonry or concrete substrate. Clean the hole of dust and debris before inserting the anchor fully into the hole. Position the fixture against the substrate, insert the recommended screw through the fixture into the anchor and tighten to the required torque to achieve firm contact without over-torquing. Ensure that the anchor is fully seated and that the screw head sits flush with the fixture.

Recommendations

Select screws that match the anchor internal diameter and the load requirements of your application. For installations subject to dynamic loads or safety-critical use, verify load values and installation method according to relevant technical documentation and local standards. Avoid use in hollow or highly cracked substrates unless specifically assessed for such conditions.
