Skupljajuća cijev DeLOCK 19594

DeLOCK 19594 heat shrink tube is a red polyolefin sleeve designed to provide a tight, durable covering for grips, cables and connections. When heated, the sleeve contracts to about half its original diameter (2:1 shrinkage ratio), forming a protective layer that improves grip and protects against weathering and mechanical damage. The product is suitable for electrical insulation as well as for restoring or enhancing the surface of handles and rods.

Advantages

The polyolefin material offers chemical and mechanical resistance while retaining flexibility after shrinking. The 2:1 shrinkage ratio ensures a close fit over irregular shapes, and the red colour provides clear visual identification. The sleeve can be applied with a hot air gun for controlled, even shrinking and a professional finish.

Suitable for

• Tool handles and hand grips
• Fitness equipment and sports gear such as tennis rackets
• Fishing rods and outdoor equipment
• Wire insulation and cable protection in electronics and automotive use

Key specifications

How to use

Slide the heat shrink tube over the part to be covered, ensuring it overlaps any exposed area. Apply heat evenly using a hot air gun, keeping the nozzle moving to avoid overheating any single spot. The tube will shrink to approximately half its original diameter; continue heating until it conforms tightly and the surface appears smooth. Allow the sleeve to cool before handling.

Recommendations

For electrical applications, ensure components are powered off and insulated as required before applying heat. Use a temperature-controlled heat gun and keep a safe distance to prevent damage to underlying materials. Select an appropriate initial tube diameter to achieve the desired final fit after 2:1 shrinkage.
