Set vijaka i tipli Fischer 545838

The Fischer DuoPower screw and wall plug kit (Fischer 545838) contains 100 nylon wall plugs and matching panhead screws. Each plug is 30 mm long with a 6 mm diameter and is designed for a 6 mm drill hole. The two-component plug combines grey high-quality nylon and a red expansion element so the fixing adapts to different substrates — expansion, folding or knotting — to provide reliable anchoring in materials such as concrete, brick and plasterboard.

Advantages

The two-component design provides high load values because the grey and red elements activate different functions depending on the base material. The plug gives clear tactile feedback when it is correctly set, and the preformed rim on the plug head prevents the plug from slipping into the drill hole. Serrated anti-rotation features reduce turning during installation, and the supplied panhead screws are matched to the DuoPower expansion plug for correct tightening without over-tightening.

Suitable for

• Concrete and solid masonry
• Hollow and perforated brick
• Plasterboard and lightweight panels
• General DIY and construction fixings

Key specifications

• EAN: 4048962324440
• Contents: 100 wall plugs and screws
• Plug length: 30 mm

How to use

Drill a 6 mm hole to the required depth, remove dust from the hole, insert the DuoPower plug until the rim rests on the substrate, and place the matching panhead screw into the plug. Screw in until the plug activates (expands, folds or knots) and you feel the plug set; avoid excessive torque to prevent over-tightening. If using in hollow materials, ensure the plug fully engages to form the correct expansion or folding profile.

Recommendations

Use the Fischer DuoPower 6 x 30 mm plugs with the supplied screws for secure fixings in concrete, brick and plasterboard. Match the drill diameter (6 mm) and check substrate condition before installation. For heavy loads, follow structural fastening guidance and use appropriate drill depth and screw length.
