Set spiralnih svrdla Bosch 2608577146

Impact Control HSS Twist Drill Bit Sets from Bosch (model 2608577146) are high-speed steel drill bits designed for robust and precise drilling in metal, wood and plastics. The bits are precision-ground from solid HSS with an oxide-coated flute to improve surface quality and reduce wear. They have a 1/4-inch hex shank for universal compatibility with drill drivers, impact drivers and drill stands.

Advantages

The set offers high mechanical strength suitable for use with impact drivers, reduced breakage due to a robust solid-body construction, and improved cutting performance thanks to precision grinding and an oxide-coated flute. Compatibility with a 1/4-inch hex-shank system ensures quick bit changes and wide tool compatibility.

Suitable for

• Drilling in alloyed and non-alloyed steel
• Drilling in cast steel, cast iron and sintered iron
• Drilling in non-ferrous metals and sheet metal
• Drilling in wood and plastics

How to use

Select a drill bit size from the set appropriate for the material and hole diameter required. Secure the bit in the chuck or hex adapter of the drill or impact driver. For metal, use steady feed and appropriate drilling speed; for thin sheet metals, consider backing material to avoid burrs. Apply cutting fluid when drilling harder steels to reduce heat and prolong bit life. Remove swarf periodically from the hole to maintain cutting efficiency.

Recommendations

Use the Bosch Impact Control HSS bits with a compatible 1/4-inch hex-shank tool. For best results in hard or alloyed steels, use cutting lubricant and moderate speeds; avoid excessive feed pressure to prevent overheating or premature wear.
