The Bosch Extra Hard Nutsetter Set 2608551079 contains nutsetters engineered for universal screw-driving with screwdrivers and drill drivers. Manufactured from S2 modified steel and processed with an optimised heat treatment, these nutsetters achieve extra-hard quality for durable, precise performance across a range of fastening tasks. Each bit includes a permanent magnet to secure screws and reduce slippage during use.

Advantages

The S2 modified steel and optimised heat-treatment process provide increased hardness and wear resistance for extended service life. Magnetic retention holds screws firmly on the bit, improving one-handed operation and reducing lost fasteners. The set contains multiple sizes to cover common nut types, offering versatility for different jobs.

How to use

Select the correct nutsetter size for the fastener, insert the bit into the screwdriver or drill driver chuck, and ensure it is securely seated. Position the magnetic nutsetter on the fastener head, apply steady axial pressure, and operate the tool at an appropriate speed for the material. Retract the tool once the fastener is secured or removed.

Recommendations

For best results, use the nutsetters with compatible screwdriver/drill driver settings and avoid excessive torque that may overload the bit or fastener. Inspect bits regularly for wear and replace when deformation or rounding is observed.
