These self-adhesive labels are pre-cut for consistent placement and fast application, reducing preparation time for bulk labeling. The green color increases visibility and helps with color-coded organization systems. Labels are compatible with common office printers and have an adhesive formulated for secure attachment to paper, cardboard and many smooth plastic surfaces. The A4 sheet format simplifies alignment and batch printing using standard templates.

How to use

Load the A4 sheets with the labels into your printer according to the printer’s paper feed instructions and use a matching template in your word processor or label design software to align text and graphics. For hand application, peel individual labels from the sheet and press firmly onto a clean, dry surface to ensure adhesion. When printing in bulk, perform a test print on a single sheet to confirm alignment and print settings before running the entire batch.

Recommendations

Store unopened packs flat in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and high humidity. Apply labels only to clean, dust-free surfaces and avoid use on very rough or textured materials. For long-term outdoor exposure or contact with rough surfaces, consider testing adhesion first or selecting materials specifically rated for those conditions.
