Ručni odvijač Gedore 1939998

Manual screwdriver Gedore 1939998 is a hand tool designed for use with hand-operated sockets that have a square drive conforming to DIN 3120 and ISO 1174. It includes a ball locking device for secure socket retention and — when used with bit adaptor no. 620 — is also suitable for 1/4" bits. The tool provides easy access to deep-fitting screws in confined areas thanks to its compact shape and centrally positioned square drive, which reduces the tendency to cant. The handle is a 2-component T-handle with a hanging hole and the screwdriver is lightweight, measuring 80 mm in width, 48 mm in height and weighing 150 g.

Advantages

The central positioning of the square drive reduces tool canting and improves alignment when working in tight spaces. A ball locking device secures sockets during use, and compatibility with bit adaptor no. 620 expands functionality to include 1/4" bits. The 2C T-handle offers a secure grip for controlled torque application while the compact and lightweight design facilitates precision work and access to deep or recessed fasteners.

How to use

Select a socket with the correct size for the fastener and push it onto the square drive until the ball locking device engages. For use with 1/4" bits, fit bit adaptor no. 620 to the square drive and insert the bit. Position the screwdriver and apply steady torque using the T-handle; the central drive location helps maintain alignment. When finished, depress the ball locking mechanism slightly and pull the socket or adaptor free.

Recommendations

Use the Gedore 1939998 screwdriver only with sockets and adaptors rated for the specified square drive standards. Do not apply excessive impact or use as a hammer. For high torque applications use an appropriate ratchet or torque tool rather than this hand screwdriver.
