Rezač kabela C.K Tools T3766DEF110

The C.K Tools T3766DEF110 cable cutter is a 120 mm hand tool designed for precision cutting of cables. Made from hot drop forged high-alloy carbon and chrome vanadium steel, it provides high strength and long service life. The tool features induction-hardened blades and a mirror-polished surface to reduce the risk of surface damage, while ergonomically shaped dual-component handles offer comfortable, ESD-compliant grip for professional and DIY use.

Advantages

Precision box joint construction ensures smooth, accurate action without the need for adjustment during the product life. Induction-hardened blades and optional tungsten carbide cutting edges on marked items extend cutting life and maintain clean cuts. Spot-welded double leaf springs eliminate adjustment or replacement of the spring, and the mirror-polished finish prevents flaking chrome. Cat no 3782D includes a wire-catch facility to retain off-cuts in sensitive equipment. Handles are ergonomically designed and fully ESD compliant for safe, comfortable use.

How to use

Position the cable between the blades near the cutter head, ensuring the section to be removed is clear of the jaws. Squeeze the handles firmly and evenly until the blades cut through the cable. For repeatable, clean results use steady pressure and avoid twisting the cutter during the cut. After use, wipe the blades clean and store the cutter in a dry place to preserve the hardened cutting edges and the mirror-polished surface.

Recommendations

Use the cutter only on cables within the tool’s intended capacity; avoid cutting hardened steel rods or materials not intended for insulated cable cutters. For ESD-sensitive work, ensure the operator’s ESD grounding is maintained and store the tool in an appropriate ESD-safe location.
