How to use

Open the 2-D-ring mechanism using the lever or tabs, insert punched A4 sheets evenly onto the rings and close the mechanism until it clicks. Use the down clamp to secure loose or unpunched papers by placing them under the clamp plate. Store the binder upright on a shelf or in a cabinet to keep contents flat and accessible.

Recommendations

For long-term archiving, avoid overfilling the binder beyond its ring capacity and distribute pages evenly. Keep the polypropylene cover clean with a damp cloth and store away from direct heat or sunlight to maintain colour and shape.
