Poslovni obrazac Sigel SD032

Sigel SD032 business forms are A5-sized sheets available in pink, white and yellow that provide a convenient format for handwritten or printed notes, records and short documents. Each pack contains 120 sheets, offering a ready supply for everyday administrative tasks, meetings and office workflows. The compact A5 size fits common folders and organizers and is suitable for creating small inserts, memos or order forms where a professional, consistent look is required.

Advantages

The standardized A5 format ensures compatibility with common filing systems and ring binders while saving desk space compared with larger sheets. Having three color options—pink, white and yellow—allows visual separation of document types or priority levels without the need for extra labels. A pack of 120 sheets reduces the frequency of reordering and supports continuous use in busy office environments. The paper surface is suitable for most pens and standard office printers, enabling both handwritten entries and printed layouts.

Suitable for

• Meeting notes and minutes
• Internal memos and reminders
• Short invoices, order forms and delivery notes
• Color-coded filing and quick-reference records
• Inserts for planners, folders and small binders

Key specifications

• Format: A5 (148 x 210 mm)
• Colors included: pink, white, yellow
• Sheet count per pack: 120 sheets
• Intended use: handwritten and printed documents
• Compatibility: fits common A5 folders, organizers and small binders

How to use

Select the preferred color for the task you need to perform and remove sheets from the pack as required. For handwritten entries, use ballpoint pens, gel pens or pencils suitable for standard paper. For printed content, load sheets into your printer following the manufacturer's guidance for single-sheet or manual-feed printing to avoid jams; if necessary set paper type to plain paper in printer settings. Store unused sheets flat in a dry environment to maintain the paper quality and prevent curling.

Recommendations

Use the different colors to create a simple color-coding scheme (for example: white for general records, yellow for action items, pink for priority or confidential notes). Keep packs accessible near workstations and replenish stock before running low to ensure uninterrupted administrative flow.
