Podesivi vijčani ključ Wera 6004

The Adjustable spanner Wera 6004 is a precision-made hand tool designed for adjusting and turning a wide range of fasteners. With a total length of 322 mm and a jaw width of 3.2 cm, this spanner provides reach and leverage for tasks in workshops, maintenance and household repairs. Manufactured from durable steel, it combines strength with a slim profile to access tighter spaces while maintaining stable grip on nuts and bolts.

Advantages

The Wera 6004 delivers reliable performance through a hardened steel construction that resists wear and deformation. Its adjustable jaw mechanism allows quick adaptation to different fastener sizes without the need for multiple fixed wrenches. The design balances reach and control: the 322 mm length gives extra torque for stubborn fasteners while the 3.2 cm maximum jaw opening accommodates a broad range of sizes. The tool is finished for corrosion resistance and a consistent gripping surface.

Suitable for

• Tightening and loosening nuts and bolts of varying sizes
• Automotive maintenance and light mechanical repairs
• Plumbing work where adjustable jaw access is required
• General household repairs and DIY projects

Key specifications

• Total length: 322 mm
• Maximum jaw width: 3.2 cm
• Material: durable steel
• Finish: corrosion-resistant surface treatment
• Adjustable jaw mechanism for multiple fastener sizes

How to use

Select the spanner and open the adjustable jaw to slightly exceed the fastener size, then position the fixed jaw against one side and the adjustable jaw against the opposite side. Turn the adjustment screw to set a snug fit, ensuring minimal play before applying torque. Use steady, controlled force and maintain contact with the flat faces of the fastener to reduce rounding. For best leverage, apply force in a direction that keeps the spanner aligned with the fastener axis.

Recommendations

Inspect the spanner before use and keep the adjustable mechanism clean and lightly lubricated for smooth operation. Avoid using the spanner on damaged or rounded fasteners where a proper fit cannot be achieved, and do not use the tool as a hammer or prying device. Store in a dry place to preserve the corrosion-resistant finish.
