The TSC TC210 is a desktop thermal transfer label printer designed for compact workspaces. Based on the TSC TC series, it produces 4-inch (up to 108 mm) wide labels, tags or receipts at speeds up to 152 mm/s (6 ips) with a maximum resolution of 203 x 203 DPI. The printer supports thermal transfer ribbons up to 110 m on 0.5" notched cores and accepts label rolls up to 5" diameter on 1" or 1.5" cores. Standard interfaces include Ethernet, USB 2.0, USB host and RS-232 serial.

How to use

Open the media cabinet and place the label roll on the center-biased, spring-loaded holder; ensure the roll core matches 1" or 1.5" as required. Install the thermal transfer ribbon on the 0.5" notched core path and thread ribbon and media according to the guides. Connect the printer to a computer or network via Ethernet or USB, install the appropriate drivers and configure print settings such as label size and print speed. Use the TFT display to check status and basic settings before printing.

Recommendations

For consistent print quality, use ribbons and label materials compatible with thermal transfer printing and keep the printhead clean. Choose ribbon lengths and core types supported by the TC210 and load media with the label side facing correctly to avoid misfeeds.
