Patch panel modul DELOCK 90894 SC Simplex, svijetlozeleni bijeli

DELOCK 90894 SC Simplex patch panel module in Lindgreen White provides a single fiber optic interface for neatly terminating and managing SC simplex connectors within a standard network patch panel. Designed for data center and LAN cabling environments, this compact module supports structured cabling by offering a dedicated SC simplex port that fits into modular patch panels to maintain an organized rack layout and accessible fiber connections.

Advantages

The module offers a standardized SC simplex interface that simplifies connector insertion and removal while reducing the footprint in a patch panel. Its Lindgreen White finish contributes to a consistent rack appearance and makes port labeling more visible. The module is built for easy installation into compatible panels, helping to centralize fiber terminations and minimize cable clutter. Its single-port design enables clear separation of individual fiber runs and straightforward identification during maintenance.

How to use

Insert the module into a compatible patch panel opening until it clicks or locks according to the panel design. Terminate the fiber by connecting an SC simplex connector into the module’s port, ensuring proper alignment and secure seating. Use appropriate dust caps when ports are not in use to protect ferrules from contamination. Label the port on the patch panel to reflect the connected fiber path or service for easier identification during operations and maintenance.

Recommendations

When installing or servicing fiber connections, follow standard fiber handling practices: keep fiber ends clean, avoid bending fiber beyond its minimum bend radius, and use dust caps to protect unused ports. Confirm compatibility of the module with your patch panel system and the connector type (SC simplex) used in your network before installation.
