Patch kabel ACT CAT6A U/UTP PVC 305m sivi

The ACT Patch Cable CAT6A U/UTP PVC 305m in grey is a bulk network cable designed for structured cabling and high-speed data transmission. This cable conforms to Cat6a performance levels with unshielded twisted pairs (U/UTP), offering increased bandwidth and reduced near-end crosstalk compared to lower-category cables. The grey PVC outer jacket provides mechanical protection and flexibility for routing in racks, conduits and cable trays across commercial and residential installations.

Advantages

The U/UTP CAT6A design delivers stable performance for 10 Gigabit Ethernet and other high-bandwidth applications while maintaining a simple unshielded construction that is easier to terminate and route. The 305 m bulk length supports long runs and large installations without frequent joins, reducing connector points and potential signal loss. A PVC jacket offers abrasion resistance and flexibility appropriate for indoor horizontal and backbone cabling.

Suitable for

• 10 Gigabit Ethernet networks
• Structured cabling in office and data center environments
• Horizontal and backbone indoor installations
• Long continuous cable runs where bulk length is required

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat6a (augmented Category 6)
• Pair type: U/UTP (unshielded twisted pairs)
• Jacket material: PVC
• Length: 305 m
• Colour: Grey

How to use

Measure and plan cable runs to avoid sharp bends and excessive pulling tension. Route the cable through cable trays, conduits or along racks as required, keeping it separate from high-voltage power lines to minimise interference. Terminate the cable at both ends using compatible Cat6a RJ45 connectors or keystone jacks following standard wiring schemes (T568A or T568B). Test each run with appropriate network cable testers to verify continuity, pair integrity and performance up to Cat6a specifications.

Recommendations

Store the 305 m spool horizontally and protect it from prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and high temperatures. Use proper cable management and strain relief at termination points, and perform certification testing for installations requiring guaranteed 10 Gigabit performance.
