AXIS T94S01P Conduit Back Box is an outdoor-ready, impact resistant (IK10+) back box designed to be mounted behind a wide range of Axis network cameras. It features an ingress-protected (IP66/IP67) compartment for secure storage of connectivity devices such as an IP-over-COAX adapter or a network cable coupler, allowing reuse of legacy cabling or bridging between rigid and flexible network cables. The back box enables both camera and connectivity device to be safely mounted at the same point, eliminating the need for an additional cabinet and providing a neat, durable installation suited to harsh outdoor conditions.

Advantages

AXIS T94S01P combines high impact protection (IK10+) and weatherproofing (IP66/IP67) to protect camera and connectivity accessories in one enclosure. It supports installation directly onto junction boxes or other mounting points, reducing installation complexity and cost. The integrated storage compartment accommodates common connectivity devices, enabling reuse of existing cabling and a compact, professional-looking setup that resists environmental stress.

Key specifications

• Impact resistance: IK10+
• Ingress protection: IP66/IP67
• Designed for: mounting behind Axis network cameras
• Storage compartment: for IP-over-COAX adapters, cable couplers and similar connectivity devices
• Installation: suitable for direct mounting onto junction boxes and outdoor locations

How to use

Mount the AXIS T94S01P back box behind the compatible Axis network camera according to the camera and back box installation guides. Place the connectivity device (for example, an IP-over-COAX adapter or cable coupler) inside the ingress-protected compartment and route cables through the conduit entry points. Ensure all seals and gaskets are correctly positioned to maintain IP66/IP67 protection, then secure the camera to the back box. Follow recommended torque and sealing practices described in the manufacturer documentation.

Recommendations
