How to use

Insert documents carefully to avoid creasing and align them with the envelope edges. Apply adhesive to the flap or use an appropriate sealing method to secure the envelope. Address and label the front according to postal or internal routing requirements.

Recommendations

For postal use, check postage requirements for B4 format and add protective cardboard backing for fragile contents. For archival storage, keep envelopes in a dry, cool environment away from direct sunlight to maintain the paper quality.
