Nylonski rotacijski lamelasti kotač Wolfcraft 1512000

The wolfcraft nylon rotary flap wheel 1512000 is a durable accessory for power drills, designed for cleaning, de-rusting and polishing work on wood and other surfaces. Constructed from coarse-grain nylon wires, the flap wheel offers aggressive material removal while maintaining a longer service life compared with traditional wire brushes. Supplied fixed on a card, the pack contains one nylon rotary flap wheel suitable for sanding and finishing tasks with a drill.

Advantages

The nylon construction and coarse-grain filaments provide effective abrasion and polishing with reduced risk of damaging softer materials. Compared to wire brushes, this flap wheel resists wear and maintains performance over more cycles. Its flexible flaps conform to contours for uniform surface finish, and the item is supplied ready-mounted on card for straightforward storage and identification.

Suitable for

• Cleaning and removing rust from metal surfaces
• Polishing and finishing woodwork
• Sanding and surface preparation of plastic and coated parts
• Detail work where a flexible abrasive that follows contours is needed

How to use

Mount the nylon rotary flap wheel securely in the chuck of a suitable power drill and tighten according to the drill manufacturer’s instructions. Start at low speed to position the wheel on the workpiece, then increase speed as appropriate for the material and the required level of abrasion. Apply light, steady pressure and move the tool along the surface to avoid creating grooves or overheating. Replace the flap wheel when its abrasive performance noticeably decreases.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment (eye protection, gloves and a dust mask) and follow safe operating speeds for the drill and accessory. Test on a small area before working on visible surfaces to confirm the finish and avoid overworking the material.
