Neupravljani switch Trendnet TI-G80

The TRENDnet TI-G80 is an unmanaged L2 Gigabit Ethernet switch with eight RJ-45 ports supporting 10/100/1000 Mbps speeds, designed for industrial and commercial installations. It provides a switching capacity of 16 Gbps and an 8,000-entry MAC address table, and is built with IP30-rated hardened components for reliable operation in demanding environments. The unit supports dual redundant power inputs and includes a power-failure alarm output to assist with zero-downtime requirements; a compatible power adapter (TI-M6024) is sold separately.

Advantages

The TI-G80 delivers straightforward, no-configuration network connectivity with Gigabit speeds on all eight ports, compact DIN-rail and wall-mountable form factors, and industrial-grade construction for enhanced durability. Its 16 Gbps switching capacity and 8,000 MAC address entries support stable traffic handling for small to medium-sized networks. Redundant power input and a power failure alarm output increase operational resilience in installations where continuous uptime is important.

Suitable for (tasks / use cases)

• Industrial automation and control systems
• Factory floor and harsh-environment network segments
• Small to medium-sized office or branch networks requiring reliable unmanaged switching
• Remote or distributed sites where DIN-rail mounting is preferred

How to use

Mount the TI-G80 on a DIN-rail or wall using the supplied brackets, connect Ethernet cables to the RJ-45 ports, and attach power using the approved redundant power inputs. No configuration is required—connected devices will negotiate link speed automatically. Monitor the power-failure alarm output in your control system to receive notifications in case of power issues.

Recommendations

Install the switch in a well-ventilated enclosure away from direct exposure to liquids or extreme temperatures; use the optional TI-M6024 power adapter or equivalent approved power sources and implement redundant power feeds where continuous operation is required.
