Metar KS Tools 300.0052 — 20 m plastična traka

Measuring tape ks tools 300.0052 — 20 m plastic tape is a compact tape measure with a 20 metre plastic-coated measuring blade intended for general measuring tasks. The instrument combines a long measuring range with a practical housing and a functional end hook, providing straightforward single-person operation. Clear graduations on the blade support reliable distance reading for construction, landscaping and installation work.

Advantages

The plastic-coated blade increases resistance to scratches and abrasion and helps protect printed graduations for longer readability. The compact housing offers comfortable handling and protects the blade when retracted. A durable end hook enables secure anchoring to edges and surfaces during measurement, while the 20 m length covers a wide range of indoor and outdoor jobs. The tape's simple mechanical design requires no power source and ensures low maintenance.

Suitable for

• Measuring distances on construction sites and building interiors
• Landscape and garden layout tasks
• Installation and fitting jobs (pipes, cables, frames)
• DIY and home renovation projects requiring long-range measurement

Key specifications

• Measuring length: 20 metres
• Blade material: steel blade with plastic coating
• Graduations: clear metric scale markings for distance reading
• Housing: compact protective casing for handheld use
• End hook: reinforced hook for anchoring to edges and surfaces

How to use

Pull the blade out of the housing until the required distance is reached, hook the end hook securely onto the starting edge and read the value at the blade stop point. For single-person long-distance measurement, use the housing as a grip while keeping the blade tensioned and straight to avoid sagging. Retract the blade into the housing by releasing the lock or using the retraction mechanism provided, guiding the blade slowly to prevent damage to the coating or graduations.

Recommendations

Store the measuring tape in a dry place and avoid repeated high-speed retraction to preserve the plastic coating and printed markings. Clean the blade with a soft cloth if necessary and inspect the end hook for deformation before use to maintain measurement accuracy.
