Megasat 0600150 satelitski multiswitch

The Megasat 0600150 is a satellite multiswitch designed to distribute satellite signals from up to five inputs to eight independent outputs. It supports the satellite IF frequency range of 950–2250 MHz and provides stable signal distribution for multiple receivers. With compact dimensions (155 mm × 127 mm × 50 mm) and a lightweight housing, the unit is suitable for wall- or rack-adjacent installation in residential or small commercial setups.

Advantages

The multiswitch offers wideband frequency support that covers standard L-band satellite IF signals, enabling compatibility with most satellite LNBs and receivers. Its compact form factor and low weight simplify mounting and placement in limited spaces. The built-in power input accepts a broad mains range, ensuring reliable operation in different electrical environments. The device delivers consistent output level performance appropriate for typical multi-receiver installations.

How to use

Mount the multiswitch on a suitable surface or within a cabinet with adequate ventilation. Connect the satellite LNB outputs to the multiswitch inputs using quality coaxial cables and F-type connectors. Connect each receiver to one of the eight outputs. Supply mains power within the specified 90–260 V AC range and verify that the receivers detect the satellite signals. After connections are made, perform a signal level check and channel scan on each receiver to confirm correct distribution.

Recommendations

Use correctly rated coaxial cable and properly tightened F-connectors to minimise signal loss. Keep cable runs as short as feasible and avoid running coaxial cables in parallel with mains wiring to reduce interference. If signal strength is marginal at distant receivers, consider using line amplifiers or re-evaluating cable quality and routing.
