The Elba Clipboard Plastic Grey is a durable, lightweight clipboard designed for reliable document handling in office, school and field environments. Made of rigid grey plastic, it offers a flat, stable writing surface and a professional look. The clipboard includes a strong metal clip that holds papers securely, making it convenient for note-taking, form completion and document review when a desk is not available.

Advantages

The clipboard combines a robust plastic construction with a compact, lightweight form factor, providing both portability and long service life. Its flat surface reduces paper curl and improves writing stability, while the reliable clip mechanism prevents documents from slipping during transport. The neutral grey colour integrates well with office supplies and uniforms, and the easy-to-clean material is resistant to everyday wear.

Suitable for

• Students taking notes during lectures or exams
• Professionals conducting meetings, interviews or inspections
• Field workers filling out forms or checking lists outdoors
• Healthcare personnel recording observations or patient data
• Event staff and volunteers managing sign-up sheets or schedules

Key specifications

• Material: rigid plastic
• Colour: grey
• Clip: sturdy metal clip for secure paper holding
• Surface: flat writing surface suitable for single- or double-sided paper
• Weight: lightweight and portable design

How to use

Place sheets of paper under the metal clip and press the clip to secure documents. Use the flat surface as a stable writing board while standing, walking, or sitting without a desk. For multiple pages, align the stack neatly before closing the clip to ensure even grip. Clean the plastic surface with a damp cloth and mild detergent if necessary and avoid exposure to extreme heat to preserve shape and durability.

Recommendations

For best results, use standard A4 or letter-size paper and avoid overloading the clip with thick stacks. Store the clipboard flat or hung by its clip to prevent warping. If used outdoors, keep papers protected from heavy rain to maintain document legibility and clip performance.
