Constructed from durable cardboard with a black finish, it provides a simple protective layer for papers, letters and printed materials while maintaining a professional appearance suitable for office, school and home use.

Advantages

This cardboard folder combines lightweight construction with enough rigidity to protect documents from creasing and light damage. The black exterior offers a neutral, professional look that coordinates with different filing systems. Its A4 format accommodates standard sheets without folding, and the material balances cost-effectiveness with sufficient durability for routine handling.

Suitable for

• Storing and transporting A4 documents, reports and handouts
• Organizing meeting papers and presentation materials
• School assignments, worksheets and project sheets
• Temporary filing and sorting of invoices, receipts and correspondence

Key specifications

• Size: A4 (fits standard A4 paper without folding)
• Material: cardboard
• Color: black
• Format: single-pocket/folder style for loose sheets
• Weight category: lightweight and portable

How to use

Insert A4 sheets into the folder by aligning the paper with the inner edges and closing the cover to protect contents. Use the folder to separate documents by topic or date; label the outside edge or add a paper insert if long-term identification is needed. For transporting, place the folder flat inside a bag or briefcase to minimize bending, and avoid overfilling to preserve shape and integrity.

Recommendations

Store the folder in a dry environment away from direct sunlight to prevent warping or discoloration. For archival or heavy-use needs, consider combining this cardboard folder with a more rigid binder or plastic sleeve. Regularly review and refile documents to keep the folder lightweight and maintain its protective properties.
