Heat evenly and avoid sudden temperature shocks. Clean with warm soapy water and a soft sponge; avoid abrasive pads to preserve the Biostone® Pro coating.

Recommendations

For longest life of the non-stick surface, avoid metal utensils and aggressive cleaners. The patented stainless steel double bottom ensures stable contact with the hob and efficient heat distribution; use medium or low heat for most cooking tasks to preserve coating performance.
