Lindy USB 2.0 aktivni produžni hub Pro 8m

The Lindy USB Active Extension Hub Pro (8m) is a USB 2.0 active extension hub with an integrated cable and repeater module that provides four downstream USB-A ports and one upstream USB-A male connector. Designed for long-distance USB connections, it supports data transfer rates up to 480 Mbps and is compatible with common operating systems. The hub can be used alone or as part of the Lindy USB 2.0 Active Extension System Pro to extend USB signals over greater distances.

Advantages

This 8m extension hub incorporates an active repeater module to boost signal integrity over the cable length and uses locking connectors to maintain reliable connections in demanding environments. It supports up to 480 Mbps USB 2.0 data rates, offers four downstream ports for multiple peripherals, and is lightweight for flexible installation. When combined with other Lindy Active Extension Pro cables and a single hub, it forms a modular system that can distribute USB to multiple devices up to a maximum system length of 60 m and up to four repeater modules.

Suitable for

• Connecting USB 2.0 peripherals (printers, scanners, webcams, external drives) at extended distances
• Integrating USB devices into kiosks, industrial workstations, or public installations
• Expanding USB ports where the host is physically distant from peripherals

How to use

Connect the hub's USB-A male connector to the host computer's USB port. Plug USB devices into the four downstream USB-A ports on the hub. If you need to extend the USB connection beyond 8 m, assemble additional compatible Lindy active extension cables and hubs following the system rules: the hub must be the last segment, and the total system must not exceed 60 m or four repeater modules. The locking connectors should be engaged to ensure a secure connection.

Recommendations

Use this Lindy 8m Active Extension Pro Hub in installations where reliable USB 2.0 connectivity is required over longer distances; avoid exceeding the maximum system length of 60 m or the limit of four repeater modules to prevent signal degradation.
