Lanview LVN128076 Keystone modul

The Lanview LVN128076 keystone module is an unshielded Cat5e RJ-45 insert designed for use in patch panels, wall plates and other data installation panels. Its flat construction and compact dimensions (16 mm W × 31 mm D × 21 mm H) allow installation in standard depth back boxes and provide flexibility for mounting with either flush or angled shutters.

Advantages

This keystone module supports Cat5e performance in a small, black housing that fits common keystone openings. The unshielded design simplifies grounding requirements and the module’s multiple cable entry orientation options make it compatible with a variety of mounting configurations. Its RJ-45 connector ensures straightforward termination and integration into existing copper Ethernet networks.

Suitable for

• Patch panels and rack-mounted distribution
• Wall plates and surface-mounted outlets
• Office and residential Ethernet cabling (Cat5e)
• Upgrading or expanding structured cabling systems

How to use

Insert the keystone module into a compatible keystone port on a patch panel or wall plate until it snaps into place. Terminate the Ethernet cable pairs to the module following the colour code printed on the jack or the installation guide, and test the connection with a network tester. When mounted in a standard depth back box, orient the cable entry according to required shutter type (flush or angled) before finalizing the installation.

Recommendations

Use appropriate Cat5e or better cabling and verify terminations with a cable tester to ensure reliable network performance. Avoid exposing the unshielded module to environments requiring shielded connectors unless additional grounding measures are implemented.
