Konvencionalna mapa za dokumente HERMA 19327

The HERMA 19327 is a conventional file folder made from durable polypropylene (PP) designed to hold A4 documents. Measuring 240 mm in width and 320 mm in height, this multicolour folder offers a protective sleeve for loose sheets, printed materials and single documents. The semi-rigid PP construction resists bending and moisture while keeping contents visible and accessible.

Advantages

The polypropylene material provides tear resistance and simple cleaning with a damp cloth. Its A4-compatible dimensions accommodate standard documents without folding, and the slightly oversized height ensures full coverage of pages. The multicolour finish allows visual sorting and quick identification of different subjects or projects. Lightweight construction makes it easy to carry while maintaining a stable shape in storage.

How to use

Insert A4 sheets into the open side of the folder so that text faces the visible side if required. For multiple documents, align pages before sliding them into the sleeve to avoid creasing. Store the folder upright in a shelf or document rack to preserve shape and protect contents from dust and spills. For transport, place the folder inside a briefcase or bag to prevent excessive bending.

Recommendations

For long-term archival of important papers, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and store the folder in a cool, dry place. Use different colours to create a simple colour-coding system for fast retrieval of specific categories of documents.
