The Gedore 1396722 cable cutter is a double-function electricians' side cutter designed for cutting and stripping wire. It features stripping notches for single- and multi-core conductors with cross-sections of 1.5 mm² and 2.5 mm², induction-hardened precision cutting edges with a hardness of 61–63 HRC, and is made from Gedore special hardened and tempered steel. The tool is drop-forged, oil-hardened and annealed, chrome-plated (JC) and fitted with two-component handles. Weighing approximately 235 g, it is suitable for professional and DIY electrical work.

How to use

Use controlled pressure to avoid nicking the conductor when stripping. Maintain a comfortable grip on the two-component handles for safer handling.
