Klasična mapa za dokumente HERMA 19586

The Conventional file folder HERMA 19586 is an A3 document folder made from durable polypropylene (PP). It measures approximately 335 mm wide and 440 mm high, providing full coverage for A3 sheets and related materials. The folder is intended to protect papers from dirt, moisture and folding while keeping them organised for transport, storage or presentation. Each pack contains one single folder suitable for individual tasks or small projects.

Advantages

The polypropylene construction offers tear resistance and water repellence compared with standard paper folders, while remaining lightweight and flexible. The A3 dimensions accommodate larger drawings, diagrams and folded A2 or multiple A4 sheets without creasing. The simple, conventional design supports easy insertion and removal of documents and allows clear visibility of contents when used with labelled inserts.

How to use

Open the folder and slide A3 documents in from the top or side depending on the folder opening. Arrange papers so that edges align and the folder closes without excessive bulking. Label the front or use an insert to identify contents. For transport, place the folder within a rigid portfolio or box if additional protection is required. For archiving, store folders vertically on shelves where the labelled edge is visible.

Recommendations

For long-term storage, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and high temperatures to prevent warping or discoloration. Clean with a soft cloth and mild detergent if necessary. Combine with labelled dividers or plastic sleeves to separate document types and maintain easy access.
