How to use

Connect the GRP2634 to your network via Ethernet or configure Wi‑Fi according to your network policy. If PoE is available, the phone can be powered directly through the Ethernet connection; otherwise use a compatible power adapter. Provision the device using zero-touch provisioning or add it to GDMS for centralized configuration and firmware updates. Program line accounts and assign virtual/multi-purpose keys as needed, import contacts into the 2000-entry phonebook, and test handset and speaker audio. For headset use, enable EHS support for Plantronics or connect compatible USB headsets.

Recommendations

For large deployments, enable zero-touch provisioning and manage devices through GDMS to streamline configuration and updates. Use PoE where possible to reduce cabling and simplify installation. Regularly update firmware and maintain encrypted backups of configuration to preserve security features.
