How to use

Select the hex key end that fits the fastener. Insert the hexagonal end fully into the screw or bolt head to ensure full contact. Apply steady torque while keeping the tool aligned with the fastener axis to avoid rounding. Use the longer arm for increased leverage when needed and the shorter arm for access in confined spaces. After use, hang the tool by the hole or store it in a tool rack.

Recommendations

Use the Gedore 2507447 hex key at the correct size for each fastener to prevent damage. Do not apply excessive force beyond the tool’s intended capacity; if higher torque is required, use an appropriately sized tool or a torque-limiting device. Keep the chromated surface clean and dry to maintain corrosion resistance.
