HomePilot premium timer

HOMEPILOT timer 10501001 is a white wall-mounted time switch designed to control roller shutter motors. It enables scheduled raising and lowering of shutters according to user-defined programs, supporting daily and weekly routines. The device integrates into home automation setups where fixed, reliable timing for shutters is required, allowing automated light management, privacy control and simplified operation without manual intervention.

Advantages

The timer offers programmable control with clear, repeatable schedules for roller shutter motors, reducing the need for manual operation. Its wall-mounted design and neutral white finish fit typical interior environments. Built for integration with existing shutter motor systems, the unit provides predictable, automated movements that can contribute to energy efficiency and home security by simulating presence or reducing solar heat gain.

Suitable for

• Automating roller shutters in living rooms, bedrooms and offices
• Scheduled shading to reduce solar heat and glare
• Timed privacy control for homes and rental properties
• Integration in basic home automation setups requiring a reliable time switch

Key specifications

• Wall-mounted time switch in a white finish suitable for visible interior installation
• Programmable schedules with daily and weekly timing options for shutter movement
• Designed specifically for controlling roller shutter motors with timed up/down commands
• Manual override option to operate shutters outside programmed times
• Compact form factor compatible with standard wall boxes and electrical installations

How to use

Install the timer in place of a conventional wall switch following applicable electrical safety rules and wiring standards, ensuring power is disconnected during installation. Program required time slots and weekly patterns using the front-panel controls according to the motor and user requirements. Use the manual override to move shutters immediately when needed; otherwise the device will follow the configured schedules to raise and lower shutters automatically.

Recommendations

Verify compatibility between your roller shutter motor and the timer control interface before installation. Set programs considering local sunrise/sunset times if automatic light control is desired, and periodically check the mechanical end stops of shutters to avoid motor strain. For safety and warranty reasons, have a qualified electrician perform installation if you are not experienced with mains wiring.
