HellermannTyton 162-20150 crna izolacija kabela, 1 m, 1 kom.

HellermannTyton 162-20150 is a black cable insulation sleeve supplied as a single piece with a length of 1 m. The sleeve is designed to provide protective covering for cables and wires, reducing abrasion, blocking moisture ingress and limiting unintended electrical contact. It is suitable for repair, routing and protection tasks in industrial, automotive and electrical installations where a robust, heavy-walled protective layer is required.

Advantages

The heavy-walled construction offers strong mechanical protection and improved abrasion resistance compared with thin-walled coverings. Its material composition gives good resistance to oils, making it appropriate for environments where occasional oil exposure may occur. Supplied as a single-meter piece in black, the sleeve is easy to cut to length and apply around individual cables or small bundles.

Suitable for

• Protecting individual cables and small cable bundles from abrasion and mechanical stress
• Repairing damaged outer insulation on wires
• Routing and bundling cables in industrial and automotive installations
• Use in environments where oil resistance is required

Key specifications

• Color: black
• Length: 1 m
• Form: single-piece sleeve
• Construction: heavy-walled, robust insulation sleeve
• Properties: high abrasion resistance and good oil resistance
• Typical applications: cable protection, repair and routing

How to use

Select a length of the HellermannTyton 162-20150 sleeve appropriate for the cable or bundle to be protected and, if necessary, cut the sleeve to size with a suitable cutting tool. Slide the sleeve over the cable or wrap it around the damaged area; for enclosed bundles, use the openable or spiral-style installation method if applicable. Ensure the sleeve covers the exposed area fully and secure the ends with cable ties, heat-shrink, or adhesive tape as required for the installation environment.

Recommendations

For best results, check compatibility with the operating temperature and chemical exposure in your application. Trim and secure the sleeve ends to prevent debris ingress, and combine with appropriate fastening or sealing methods when used in demanding industrial or automotive environments.
