EVOLIS ID-ALL Plugin Multi-Device nadogradnja

The EVOLIS ID-ALL Plugin Multi-Device Upgrade transforms a single ID-ALL software installation into a centralised command hub for multiple Evolis card printers. Instead of juggling separate driver instances or per-PC licences, this plugin hands you one unified interface where every connected printer is visible, selectable, and ready to produce cards without switching applications. It is the practical answer for badge offices, HR departments, and service bureaus that run two, three, or more printers side by side and need them to behave as a single, coherent production line.

Highlights

• Unlocks multi-device control inside ID-ALL: manage several Evolis printers from one workstation.
• Eliminates the need for multiple software installations or per-printer licences.
• Works with the full range of Evolis card printers, from compact single-sided units to high-volume dual-sided and retransfer models.
• Streamlines batch card production: send different jobs to different printers or split a single job across devices.
• Maintains the familiar ID-ALL workflow, so operators require minimal retraining.
• Ideal for environments with mixed printer fleets, including single-sided, dual-sided, and rewritable-capable machines.

In daily use

Once the plugin is activated, the ID-ALL interface gains a printer selector that shows every connected Evolis device. An operator can assign a card design to Printer A while Printer B handles a different template, or split a large batch across all available printers to cut total production time. The plugin also simplifies maintenance tasks: ribbon status, cleaning cycles, and error messages are reported per device without leaving the main screen. For organisations that grow from one printer to several, this upgrade removes the need to buy additional ID-ALL seats or install separate software on each PC. It is a straightforward, cost-effective way to scale card personalisation capacity while keeping the operator experience consistent.
