How to use

Insert documents into the folder through the opening at the top or side depending on the folder design. Place the most frequently accessed page behind the clear front cover for fast identification. Ensure the closure is engaged before transporting the folder to prevent documents from falling out. Store the folder upright on a shelf or inside a briefcase to minimize bending and maintain document condition.

Recommendations

For best results, group related papers together and avoid overfilling the folder to maintain its shape and closure effectiveness. Use the transparent front cover to label or display a cover sheet for quicker retrieval.
