ESGE Unold Magic Wand procesor

The ESGE Magic Wand Processor is a compact 200 ml attachment compatible with most ESGE Zauberstab® hand blender models (not compatible with “Gastro” and “Maître”). It has a transparent lid and a removable double-bladed stainless steel knife, and includes a powder disc for processing very small quantities. The processor handles dry ingredients — such as dried herbs, nuts, hard cheese, seeds, breadcrumbs and spices — and preserves aromas thanks to its gentle chopping action.

Advantages

The removable double-bladed stainless steel knife chops gently to keep aromas intact while delivering even results. The transparent lid provides a clear view of the contents for precise control of fineness. The included powder disc allows processing of very small amounts, and the 200 ml size is easy to clean and store. The unit is lightweight and compact, suitable for everyday kitchen tasks.

Suitable for

• Chopping dried herbs and spices (pepper, chili flakes)
• Grinding nuts and seeds for spreads or baking
• Grating or chopping hard cheeses
• Making breadcrumbs from dried bread
• Preparing small quantities of ingredients for dressings, dips and sauces

How to use

Attach the processor to the ESGE Zauberstab® hand blender according to the blender manufacturer’s instructions. Add the dry ingredients in small batches — for very small amounts use the powder disc provided. Operate the hand blender briefly in pulses until the desired consistency is reached. Check the contents through the transparent lid and adjust processing time to obtain finer or coarser texture. Remove the blade assembly for cleaning after use.

Recommendations

Process small, dry ingredients in short pulses to avoid overheating and to preserve aroma. For nut butters, run longer until a smooth paste forms; for bread crumbs or coarser grains, use shorter pulses.
