Equip Cat.6A Platinum S/FTP patch kabel, 20 m, bijeli

The Equip Cat.6A Platinum S/FTP Patch Cable is a 20 m white network cable designed for high-speed wired connections. Constructed with screened foiled twisted pair (S/FTP) shielding and gold-plated RJ-45 connectors, this Cat.6A cable supports up to 10000 Mbit/s and is intended for demanding environments that require reliable 10GBase-T performance and reduced electromagnetic interference.

Advantages

The S/FTP construction provides improved protection against crosstalk and external noise, helping to maintain a higher signal-to-noise ratio across the full bandwidth. Gold-plated RJ-45 connectors ensure stable contact and resistance to corrosion, while the 20 m length offers flexibility for typical rack-to-desk and inter-rack connections. The cable is manufactured to conform with Cat.6A standards for consistent, error-minimised data transmission.

Suitable for

• 10GBase-T network links in data centers and server rooms
• High-speed desktop to switch connections
• Ethernet backbone runs within office or campus buildings
• Applications requiring reduced electromagnetic interference (S/FTP shielding)

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 plug to the network port of your switch, router or patch panel and the other plug to the device requiring network access, such as a server, workstation or network-attached storage. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks. Avoid sharp bends and do not stretch the cable; maintain a minimum bend radius consistent with Cat.6A cable handling to preserve performance. For permanent installations, route the cable away from high-power electrical lines to minimise interference.

Recommendations

For reliable 10G performance, use this Cat.6A S/FTP patch cable in shielded or unshielded racks with proper grounding. Verify link negotiation settings on devices to match 10GBase-T where required and replace any visibly damaged cable to prevent signal loss.
