Equip Cat.6A Platinum S/FTP patch kabel, 15 m, zeleni

Equip Cat.6A Platinum S/FTP Patch Cable, 15 m, is a high-performance network cable designed for 10GBase-T applications. The cable features RJ-45 connectors with gold plating, S/FTP shielding to minimise electromagnetic interference, and supports data rates up to 10000 Mbit/s. Its 15 metre length and green jacket make it suitable for structured cabling runs in offices, data centres and other network environments requiring reliable high-speed connections.

Advantages

The Cat.6A S/FTP construction provides improved signal-to-noise ratio and reduced crosstalk compared with lower-category cables, enabling stable 10 Gbps transmission. Gold-plated RJ-45 contacts ensure reliable conductivity and corrosion resistance. The 15 m length offers flexibility for medium-distance patching while the S/FTP shielding helps protect against external interference.

Suitable for

• 10GBase-T network connections
• Office patch panels and switches
• Data centre trunking and horizontal cabling
• High-bandwidth applications such as large file transfers and video streaming

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat.6A (Platinum) S/FTP
• Length: 15 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 — RJ-45, gold-plated contacts
• Data rate: up to 10000 Mbit/s (10 Gbps)
• Cabling technology: 10GBase-T
• Colour: Green
• Weight: 0.564 kg

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 plug to your network device (switch, router or NIC) and the other end to the corresponding port on the patch panel or another device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted and that cable routing avoids sharp bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference. Verify the link status on connected devices and perform a speed test to confirm 10 Gbps operation where applicable.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, route the cable away from high-voltage power lines and large motors; maintain minimum bend radius as specified by the manufacturer and use shielded connectors and grounding where required to preserve the integrity of the S/FTP shielding.
