Equip Cat.5e oklopljeni modularni spojnik RJ45 – utičnica/utičnica, pozlaćeni kontakti (221159)

The Equip Cat.5e Shielded Inline Coupler (model 221159) is a compact adapter with two RJ45 jacks designed to join two Ethernet cables and extend network runs. The coupler is shielded and equipped with gold-flash contacts to support a reliable Cat.5e cabling system while reducing electromagnetic interference. Its metallic finish offers increased durability and a neutral appearance suitable for home and office installations.

Advantages

The fully shielded housing minimizes interference in environments with nearby electrical equipment. Gold-flash contacts improve conductivity and reduce the risk of signal degradation. The inline format provides a simple, tool-free way to extend or reconnect RJ45 Ethernet cables without changing existing connectors.

Suitable for

• Extending Ethernet connections (Cat.5e)
• Temporary or permanent cable joins in home networks
• Office network extensions and patching
• Situations where reduced electromagnetic interference is required

Key specifications

• Model: 221159
• Standard: Cat.5e
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Shielding: Yes (fully shielded)
• Contacts: Gold flash
• Colour: Metallic

How to use

Insert the RJ45 plug of the first Ethernet cable into one coupler jack until it clicks, then insert the second cable into the opposite jack. Ensure both plugs are fully seated to maintain good contact. Use the coupler inline between two pre-terminated Cat.5e cables; no crimping or special tools are required.

Recommendations

For best performance, use with Cat.5e-rated shielded cables and avoid creating multiple successive couplers in a single run. Check cable orientation and strain relief to prevent mechanical stress on connectors.
