EFB Elektronik K5431SW.5 5m HDMI kabel

The EFB Elektronik K5431SW.5 HDMI Cable is a 5 m high-definition connection cable with HDMI Type A connectors on both ends and gold-plated contacts. Designed for transmitting audio and video signals between TVs, monitors, AV receivers and media players, it supports 3D video formats and Audio Return Channel (ARC) functionality. The cable's black jacket provides a discreet appearance suitable for home theatre and office installations.

Advantages

The gold-plated contacts reduce corrosion and help maintain reliable signal transmission over time. At 5 m length the cable offers flexibility for connecting devices in larger living rooms or AV cabinets without compromising on signal integrity. Support for 3D and ARC ensures compatibility with a wide range of consumer electronics and enables simplified audio routing from TV to soundbar or receiver. The standardized HDMI Type A connectors make the cable compatible with most modern displays and source devices.

Suitable for

• Connecting a TV to a Blu-ray player, set-top box or media streamer
• Linking a monitor to a graphics card or laptop with HDMI output
• Connecting a TV to a soundbar or AV receiver using ARC
• Home theatre set-ups where a 5 m cable length is required

• Connector type: HDMI Type A to HDMI Type A (both ends)
• Contact plating: gold-plated contacts for improved corrosion resistance

How to use

Connect one HDMI Type A plug to the HDMI output of the source device and the other plug to the HDMI input of the display or AV equipment. Ensure both devices are powered on and set to the correct HDMI input. If using ARC, enable ARC/eARC settings on both the TV and the audio device according to their user manuals. Avoid sharp bends or kinks in the cable and route it away from sources of strong electromagnetic interference for best signal quality.

Recommendations

For stable performance, check that connected devices support the desired features (3D, ARC) and use appropriate input/output settings on each device. Keep cable runs as straight as possible, avoid excessive pulling force on connectors, and secure the cable to prevent strain at connector ends.
